Perhaps you would appreciate someone praying for you for a particular need that you are facing. Something profound happens when we open ourselves to God and allow others to pray for us. We have a team of trained and trusted people who are available and willing to pray for you following our Sunday services.
If you feel that it would be helpful for one of our Ministry Team to call with you if you are ill or housebound, in hospital or in long-term care, or if you have questions that you'd like help with, please contact our church office. One of our team will get in contact with you as soon as possible and would be delighted to call, listen, chat and pray with you.
An opportunity for people to call in, have a cuppa, enjoy some company with space to chat and a listening ear, perhaps even play a game of pool, all in a safe & friendly environment. Come along on Wednesdays 10.00am to 12 noon, or Fridays 11.00am to 1.00pm.
We frequently run courses to help and support people, including the Marriage Course, the Parenting Children Course, Griefshare, and Freedom in Christ. Keep an eye on our website for details of future courses or enquire via the church office.
Many in Ballyloughan find care and support through relationships that are built up within the church family, including through our small groups. We'd encourage you to move towards others in community by either coming to church if you currently don't, or joining one of our small groups.
Life contains many big 'happenings', some of them happy, some of them very painful. These include the birth of a child, getting married, or the death of a loved one. If you feel we can be of help at any such times, feel free to get in contact with us via the church office.
We open as a distribution centre of Ballymena Foodbank, providing short term, emergency food for individuals or families in crisis while a long-term strategy is developed. Frontline care professionals (GP, Social Worker, charity, etc.) refer clients by issuing Food Vouchers that provide balanced and nutritional meals for 3 days. Our Foodbank centre is open on Thursdays from 10.00am to 12.00 noon. Contact your frontline care professional for a referral before coming to Foodbank.
We can't help with every difficulty that people may have, but we have developed an extensive knowledge of other sources of help with whom we can put you in contact. See the links below or contact us at the church office and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
As we deal with difficult events and circumstances in our lives sometimes we need some extra help to become unstuck in a cycle of feeling stuck. Counselling with a trained professional counsellor may be what we need in order to help us grow, heal and find freedom. We have connections with qualified counsellors with whom we would be happy to put you in touch. Please contact the church office or follow the links below.
