Tackling Anxiety Together is an interactive course running over four weeks exploring and raising awareness about topics including:
- Understanding Anxiety
- Identifying Negative thoughts and Building Good Foundations
- Self-Care and Managing Panic Attacks
- Emotions and Purpose
Each week is a mixture of video teaching, notes, and an opportunity to reflect on the content with a small group.
Please note:
This course is not a counselling course. It is a course initially written by people who have experienced anxiety themselves, hoping to encourage and help others using information and techniques that they have found helpful in the past. It aims to be a source of encouragement, support and help for those struggling with anxiety.
The course will run in Ballyloughan Church on Tuesday nights commencing on 22nd September at 7.30pm. Registration (for age 18+ only).

October 6th & 13th
November 17th & 24th
